Prakhar Security and Allied Services is a Pune based professionally
managed service provider. Prakhar security provides a one stop solution

Today PSAS has a guarding strength of over 500 security personnel and
over 75 clients. The range of our operations extend to software companies, ITES, ATM's, hotel industry, transport companies, laboratories, production
units, go-downs, construction companies and housing societies to name a
few.
In terms of guarding services, Prakhar security provides smartly uniformed,
well trained and minutely supervised guards who are responsible for
security and safety of assets, personnel and property against losses due
to thefts, pilferage, intrusions and fire.
Our security personnel are honest, loyal with a high level of integrity.
Personnel are thoroughly trained in the procedures of fire protection, fire prevention, fire fighting and first aid. They are calm and polite but at the
same time firm at all times and possess sound physique and sight.

Selection:
Tremendous care is taken in the recruitment of personnel for guarding
services. We comply strictly with the stringent parameters laid down for selection. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background.
All prospective candidates are subject to rigorous vetting. Further
verification and background checks are carried out.
Training:
We have a full fledged training school with ex-serviceman as Instructors.
The pattern of training is similar to that imparted in the Armed Forces. All
guards prior to their deployment have to undergo basic security training,
which imparts necessary skills to perform duties. In addition to lessons on
basic guarding skills they are taught the rudiments of first aid and fire
fighting. The training is an on going process through out the career of a
guard. The types of training imparted to the guarding personnel are
• Basic Security Training
• Refresher Training
• On the job Training
• Specific Training based on the requirements of the clients.
Supervision:-
Supervision of the guarding personnel is the most important aspect in
Security Operations. The supervisory cadre comprises of:
• Field Officer
• Operations Manager
• Chairman
The field officer is responsible for day to day operations. The field officer is supervised by the Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is
responsible for the entire operations in the area. The field Officer is the
link between the guarding personnel and the client. The Operations
Manager is the spokesman of the company. Night patrolling and Surprise
Rounds are conducted under his supervision. A good supervision ensures
taut organization.
