In today's world, it can be seen that the administrative services receive
equal importance to that of security services. Clients have realized that
administrative services save management many hassles. The
administrative services provided by us facilitate clients working and
save them from problems created by their personnel such as formation of
unions, attending numerous court cases and other nuisances. Prakhar
security can provide administrative staff such as drivers, safaiwallas,
helpers, welders, store-keepers, clerical staff, computer operators,
receptionists. These personnel can be recruited by the client through us.
The selection process would be the prerogative of the client as well as
fixing their salary. Their removal would be dependent on the client and
they could be removed by giving one months notice. This system would
help considerably in cost cutting. Basically a non-performer and a trouble
creator would have no place in such a system.
The method of calculation of salary is as below:
• Basic Salary as decided by the client during the interview.
• E.S.I on the salary payable as employer's contribution at 4.75%
• P.F. contribution of employer at 13.61 % of basic.
• Bonus at 8.33% or as per company rules.
• Uniform & seasonal clothing if required.
• Our service charges at 15% (on total from a to d)
• Service Tax 12.36% on total billing. (as of now)
• TDS at 2.5% of total billing
• Any other rule as applicable for the company.
An example to explain the above is given below & can be seen that
approximately 50% of the salary given to an individual is added as
expenses to be incurred by the company. Other benefits of ESI, PF,
Bonus, leave as authorized by the labor laws would be claimed from you
and passed on to the employee. The client has the option to hire and fire
the employee. To provide all these facilities we charge only 15 to 20% as
our service charge depending on the number of employees in the
company who are given on our roll. A typical example is given below.
Through our Agency the client can get rid of unwanted staff by just
issuing temporary change in the part of contract and giving a month's
notice to us. We will replace unwanted staff by giving him a month's
notice. Hospitals have also resorted to use of contract staff to reduce
their administrative problems & direct their energies to more productive
and important aspects of increased productivity efficiency and reduced overheads.
