Prakhar Security and Allied Services,
is headed by the Chairman, Mr Piyush Khare.
Mr Piyush Khare graduated from Pune University MBA (Marketting) in 1997, obtaining first division.
In his formative years he gained very valuable experience by serving in top security services including MNC at Pune.
In 2003, he established his own security company viz Prakhar Security and
Allied Services. From a very modest beginning of two guards and one client,
the company now has almost 500 guards and over 75 clients, spread over Maharashtra, UP, and Goa.
His success is attributed to his dedication,sincerity,honesty and sheer hard work. His dynamic leadership, positive attitude and caring for the needs of
the guards has earned him tremendous respect among the clients and the employees. He has maintained excellent liaison with government officials,
high dignatories and past and present clients. He has ensured strict
compliance with all the statutories and maintained clean fiscal dealings.
His vision is to be the number one security and administrative service
provider
in
the world.
Capt K R Ajrekar(Retd)
Capt .K.R.Ajrekar joined Prakhar Security and
Allied Services in Oct 2007as General Manager (Administration). He is a specialist submariner
who retired from the Indian Navy after
25 years of service. He is a graduate of the
National Defence Academy, Defence Services
Staff College Wellington,and the Naval Higher
Command Course. He has served earlier in
reputed security companies.
He has vast knowledge of Industrial Security and Safety and specializes
in Security Audits, Fire Fighting, and First Aid. He has delivered lectures
and carried out practical demonstrations at reputed companies like IBM,
Wipro, KPIT and BMC software. He also looks after the training
requirements of the Clients as well as the Guards.
Mr Joginder Singh.
Mr Joginder Singh. joined Prakhar Security &
Allied Services in Aug 2006. His vast
experience of having served in reputed
security companies has paid rich dividends.
From a humble beginning he single handedly established the Pirangut branch. Today he
has over 30 clients and a guarding strength
of 150 guards with him. He has the ability
to motivate guards and extract the best out
of them.
A very resourceful person who always has an answer for any tricky
situation. A very dynamic Manager who leads from the front. He has
maintained very cordial relations with the Clients,Government Agencies
and the Staff. He is presently GM (Pirangut)
